Buy the Car Before It Lands

We bid at Japanese auction on your behalf, then handle shipping, customs, VAT, VRT and Irish registration. One price agreed before we bid — not a running total that grows at the port.

Grade 4 and above
We read the sheet before the price

Every auction car carries an inspector's sheet: a numeric grade for the body, a letter grade for the interior, a damage diagram and handwritten notes. The notes matter more than the grade — two cars graded 4.5 can be very different vehicles. Accident repair, structural welding or corrosion ends it. We don't price those in.

A bid ceiling we keep
We lose cars on purpose

We set a maximum bid before the auction opens, and it does not move in the room. A car bought above its ceiling has to be sold above its value, and that cost always ends up with the customer. So some weeks we come home with nothing. That is the price of the standard, and we pay it rather than you.

First Irish owner
Registered in your name

The car is imported under your name and registered as its first Irish owner, so the Irish ownership record starts clean with you. You receive the Japanese export certificate, the original auction sheet and the full registration paperwork.

Duty quoted honestly
0% duty only where it genuinely applies

Since February 2026 a Japanese-built car cleared with a valid origin certificate pays no customs duty. A Japanese-market Audi or BMW was built in Europe, is not Japanese-origin goods, and pays the standard 10% whatever anyone tells you. We tell you which rate applies to your car before you commit, not at clearance.
