What should we do for you?

Customs clearance is always included. Add as much or as little as you want after that.

When it's registered
You'll collect the car from the port yourself. We'll email you the customs release as soon as it's cleared, and send it to the terminal too.

The car and its shipment

Copy these from the export certificate and the bill of lading. The chassis number must match the papers exactly.

Vehicle
Purchase
Cars built in Japan pay 0% customs duty. A European or American car bought in Japan pays 10%.
The full total, even if you paid part with points.
Customs value is the invoice total before any points discount. Import VAT is 23% of that value plus any duty.
Shipment
Choose RoRo or container first.
Revenue requires the VRT appointment within 7 days of arrival and registration within 30.
